If you’ve ever been denied a bank account, you’ve likely run smack into a wall called ChexSystems. Now most people are completely unaware about what ChexSystems really is and what it really does. But this entity holds the power of your banking in their hands – if you end up on ChexSystems, you will be unable to open a bank account, anywhere.

ChexSystems is an entity that compiles and maintains a list of bad banking clients. ChexSystems is given lists of bad banking clients by every bank or financial institution partnered with them. And these days, that means most of the financial institutions (read banks) out there. In short, if you have your name on the ChexSystems list, you won’t be able to open a checking account or savings account with any financial institution partnered with ChexSystems.

If you are the impatient type and want the quick solution, click here to open a second chance account for people on ChexSystems. If you want to pursue the other, longer, solutions, read on.

How Do I Get My Name On ChexSystems

It’s actually pretty easy to get added to ChexSystems, especially if you have or have had problems with checks. Here are some of the more common reasons:

Bank Fraud

Repeatedly cashing bad checks

Not paying your overdraft fees

Defaulting on bank loan payments

Having the Bank close or suspend your checking/savings account

You need to be especially aware when you deal with checks. It’s very easy to have your information forwarded to ChexSystems because of bad checks. Now not everyone cashes bad checks on a regular basis, but it’s actually easy to make a mistake here. For example, you may miscalculate your account balance (or forget you have a check in process and withdraw too much money from your account) when you write a check; later, when the check goes through, you might not have enough to cover the balance. Another situation that sometimes occurs is cashing a check someone gives you, spending the money, only to find out 5 to 10 business days later the check bounced with you liable to repay the money. If you can’t repay it, you’ll end up on chexsystems.

How to Avoid ChexSystems

If you want to avoid getting your name on ChexSystems, here are a few key tips to keep in mind.

Know Your Account Balance

Wait till Check Clears Before Spending

Maintain Positive Account Balance

Avoid Abandoning Bank Accounts

Read Monthly Account Statements

Many people find themselves in trouble with ChexSystems because of the way checks are handled by banks. Let’s try and clear this up a bit. When you cash a check, the bank (usually) gives you the amount immediately ,either in cash or deposited to your account. However, just because you “have” the money, does not mean the check has actually cleared. There is anywhere from 1 to 7 business days involved before your bank actually receives the money from the bank the check was signed from. In the case of international checks (such as cashing a US check in Canada), it can take up to two weeks to clear a check. Many people cash a check an assume they have the money. This can lead to some serious problems since you are completely liable for check that does not clear. It’s a good policy to wait until the check clears until you use the money. I know of several specific examples where a person cashed a check given to them for the sale of an item, received the money then used it only to find out the check did not clear. The person was unable to repay the money and the their information was forwarded to ChexSystems and their bank account closed by their bank.

How to Get Around ChexSystems

Now that you are aware of how to avoid chexsystems, what can you actually do if you have your name added to the ChexSystems list? The good news is that all is not lost. There are some legitimate things you can do to get around ChexSystems.

Find a bank that does not use chexsystems

Open a checking account for bad credit (internet bank account)

Use some type of prepaid debt card option

Directly challenge ChexSystems to have your name removed from their records

Wait it out for 5 years

Let’s look at each of these

Find a Non ChexSystems Bank

The best solution I recommend is to find a non chexsystems bank. Now I wish it was as easy as that statement sounds, but it’s not. The problem you’ll soon find if you look for a banks that do not use chexsystems is that most of the banks are partnered with ChexSystems – or at least most of the major banking institutions which tend to be the banks you commonly see all around you. But it is possible to find non chexsystems banks. You can:

Find a non chexsystems bank list on the web

Create your own non chexsystems bank list

Approach banks that use chexsystems to see if a credit check can be used instead of a ChexSystems check

If you can find a valid non chexsystems bank list on the web, it might be a good place to start. For people looking for a non chexsystems bank list, you might doing a google search for a current list. To be honest, I don’t want to give any specific recommendations since the list changes so much from month to month. When you view people’s recommendations, take them with a grain of salt — I’ve noticed some of the websites actually trying to SELL lists, which I think is nothing but a scam. So be careful.

For better success, I suggest you find a list of the local banks in your area either through yellow pages or an online local directory and call each of those banks up, asking if they use ChexSystems. You will have to call them up physically as pretty much no bank will publish whether or not they do ChexSystems checks on their websites.

It’s also possible that some of the major banks will use a credit check instead of ChexSystems to screen bank account applicants. If you have bad credit, you are probably out of luck here though.

How to Open a Second Chance Account

Another option is to look at getting an internet bank account. One such recommended account is the Second Chance Account. This is just a fancy name that refers to a type of online bank account created just for people in ChexSystems. It’s basically a guaranteed checking account. You can find these accounts online. Now there are both Pro’s and Con’s to this choice.

Pros

You get a bank account

Second Chance Accounts give you all banking transactions you are used to: cashing checks, depositing money, withdrawing money, and you even get a bank card

You can bank anywhere (use internet)

You are given/sent a physical bank card

Cons

Banking fees tend to be higher

Not a physical bank

All in all, if you can’t find a non chexsystems bank, then I recommend you do get a second chance bank account as the next best option. It’s certainly the easiest option.

Prepaid Debit/Credit Cards

This is another option that I’ve seen thrown around as a solution. And it is a solution, though you will need to think about whether you want to use one. In essence, these are basically short term solutions. If you need to do any sort of online purchase, but lack a bank account and/or credit card, prepaid credit cards are a good temporary substitute. The way the work is you deposit money on the card; that amount becomes the balance of the card. When the amount is used up, you need to put more money on the card. Note, these are not regular visa or mastercards. You can use them at places that accept major credit cards, but you can’t put a negative balance on them, like you can with a real credit card.

I recommend these cards if you NEED to make online purchases. You can often link them up to your paypal account or directly use them as a safe visa/master card for online purchases.

Of course, you could use these cards like a replacement bank account, but it depends on your habits.

Dispute ChexSystems

This is another option. Now, before you get all excited, let’s lay it all out. Yes, you can challenge ChexSystems to remove your name from their records, but this will involve challenging both your bank and ChexSystems.

Keep in mind I’m not a lawyer so use this information as intended: a rule of thumb guide. I know several people who have fought ChexSystems using this method, but I cannot guarantee it will work for you. But if you look around online, you’ll find people who aggressively pursue ChexSystems usually do end up winning.

The process is actually a bit confusing and involves getting a (free) copy of your chexsystems report from ChexSystems, writing letters to ChexSystems disputing the transaction (which will be listed on your chexsystems report) that got your name added to the list, then sending a letter to the bank this transaction took place at, disputing the authenticity of the transaction.

Sound confusing? It actually is. The whole idea is basically to get the bank to “break” the Fair Credit Act, which is a federal law that governs how credit reporting agencies like ChexSystems operate. Once you give notice of disputes, financial institutions must respond within 30 days. If one of the institutions miss the deadlines, they are breaking the Fair Credit Act and your name must legally be removed. You may find this book VERY helpful if you want to actually fight ChexSystems.

The exact steps on how to get rid of chexsystems won’t be covered in this article, but for more information, I suggest you look at this article about chexsystems removal for the exact steps or for more comprehensive steps, look at the book I recommended.

Wait 5 Years

For most of you, this is really not an option, but if you can live without a bank account for five years, then ChexSystems will, as stipulated by the federal credit regulations, drop your name from their records. You can get a second chance bank account and use this online account for five years or so until you can qualify for a regular checking account.

A Final Note

You may find that by opening an online bank account and using it for a year or so, you may be able to open a regular bank account after starting an internet bank account. You might be able to use such an account as “reference” or proof that you are a good banking client.

Also note that if you can’t open a bank account because of ChexSystems, you might still be able to open a checking account through a credit check – it’s worth asking your bank.

And finally, don’t let ChexSystems stop you from opening a bank account. It’s true that if you have your name in ChexSystems or Telecheck, it’s harder to open an account, but as this article as shown you, there are some concrete solutions you can pursue.

Getting free checking accounts is now easier than ever. Most banks offer these to students or for those who are new to opening an account. Each bank also has their own rules and regulations as to fees and penalties. Getting a free checking account is mostly desired because the owner of the account does not have to keep a certain amount of funds in their account and/or they are not charged monthly fees. Some other fees that are attached to other type of banking accounts include maintenance fees where you also have to hold a minimum balance.

College students can benefit from free banking accounts because they may not have the money to maintain an account. Also, they will not have to pay special rates. With free accounts, most banks will not charge a fee, however, they will require a certain amount to open the account (for first time clients). The fee is usually small and never cost more than $40. It is advised to go to an actual bank and speak to a representative because they have the power to waive the fee.

Along with these free checking accounts, the account owner will also get a check card, which is linked to the checking account. It acts just like a debit card and can be used anywhere. Other bonuses include a free check book. The first check book is free and the bank will also give out a couple of temporary blank checks. (Some banks do not offer free temporary checks anymore).

Some people may not qualify for a free account because they were put in the ChexSystems for owing another bank money. If the account closes from that bank because of overdraft fees not being paid, then it can be almost impossible to open another account with a different bank. However, there are options; some banks are insured by the FDIC and don’t require a ChexSystems scan. These account for the other 20% of banks who do not require a background check using the (ChexSystems). One of the easiest options is to look at getting a Second Chance Account.

Besides finding a non chexsystems bank, you can look at using a <a rel="nofollow" href="http://npvos.com/click/?s=177058&c=112772&subid=textlink rel="nofollow"">prepaid visa credit card. This is actually a special credit card. You basically put deposit money onto the card (much like you would a normal credit card) and use it like a bank account — the prepaid visa account functioning like a bank account. What’s really good about this option is that there are no checking fees at all — something that most internet bank accounts will smack you with. The credit card itself can be used like a regular credit card/ATM bank card. This is a good option for people who simply can’t open a bank account because of ChexSystems. The other option is to open an internet bank account like a second chance account that’s made for people who are in ChexSystems. I personally went the way of the prepaid visa card because it was cheaper.

People with bad credit can also apply for free accounts. If the bank doesn’t look at the ChexSystems, they will often look at other financial information. There are a couple of tricks that consumers need to watch out for with some banks; sometimes, representatives will say they are offering free accounts, when in fact it is for a limited time. In other words, after about 6 months to a year, the bank will start to charge maintenance fees. These are sneaky tactics that are used by some banks just to open a new account. Many of the bank representatives get a sale incentive and/or commission each time a new account is opened from a customer.

Having a free account is a good idea, especially with the current economic crisis. It’s up to you to decide what sort of option you want to go for if you a Chexsystem problem, either a prepaid visa card option, an online internet bank account, or simply finding a bank that does not use chexsystems. Many people don’t have the money to keep up with bank accounts and overdraft fees at the same time. The point of the matter is, more and more banks are becoming less strict about giving out free accounts.

In today’s world not everyone has the most perfect credit and some seriously trying to get a grapple on fixing it. For those of us who have bad credit getting the things that we need has become increasingly difficult. One of those things is very beneficial to our lives, it’s a bank account. But all hope is not lost even with bad credit there are still some avenues of which you can take that will allow you to have an account to put your money in. Some options that you can choose from credit unions, prepaid checking accounts and non check systems accounts.

Perhaps the simplest way to get a checking account with bad credit is to open a second chance bank account. This is an internet bank account that’s given to people who have their names in the ChexSystems database. There are no ChexSystems checks, no credit history checks.

Click Here to Open a Second Chance Checking Account for People with Bad Credit

One of the options that you can use is credit unions; most credit unions will overlook your past financial history and your use frequent use of writing bad checks. Your best bet is to fill out an application and if you get approved you can go ahead and make your deposit. Another option which a lot of people decide to venture into is prepaid debit card accounts. Prepaid accounts work pretty much the same as a regular bank account, you can go to pretty much any western union or money gram, (when you sign up for the account it will let you know which money broker that you should use.), to deposit money, you can use any ATM machine to withdraw money and some prepaid debit card accounts offer direct deposit from your place of employment. Most banks report to check systems when a clients account goes into the negative for a certain period of time, however there are some banks that do not report to check systems, which is when the customer can sign up for a non check systems account, thus allowing people to start over without having to worry about paying off their remaining balance from their past mistakes.

This one option people don’t seem to use very much but it still available today, a savings account. Most banks will let you establish a savings account without giving you too many restrictions. And once they see that you are a valued customer, they will be more apt to take a chance on you and let open up a checking account with them. If you have a really bad credit history whether it’s with a bank or with something else banks want to see you take responsibility for your financial future before they decide to trust you.

2nd Chance Accounts For Those With Bad Credit

If you have bad credit, then you know how hard it is to get a bank to approve your application for an account, and that it is nearly impossible. If you are in Chexsystems you must wait at least five years before you will be approved for a bank account with a traditional bank. During this time what can you do? Not having a bank account can be a huge drawback to your financial situation. Checking accounts are often needed to receive funds from a job through direct deposit, or to make bill payments with the use of checks. That is why there are 2nd chance accounts for those whose banking history is tarnished.

These bank accounts for bad credit afford you the luxury of having a bank account without any of the hassles of traditional banking. Your account is typically contained on the debit card itself and you are given a routing and account number just like a traditional bank to make deposits from various network locations and to get direct deposit from your employer or government payroll accounts. The routing number and account number cannot be used for withdrawal purposes however; usually it is only used to make deposits.

Having had trouble in the past these accounts are non Chexsystems banks and do not take into consideration your past banking history. They will usually approve your account instantly and you have the option of having access to your account online and by phone to keep track of transactions and your spending. There are no overdraft fees to worry about because that problem is eliminated by the bank only approving a purchase if you have funds in your account. The fees are minimal to have one of these accounts so they are more affordable than most traditional banks. These are called Second Chance Bank Accounts.

Second Chance Bank Accounts are on the rise because so many people are having trouble keeping a traditional bank account due to overdraft fees and other high fees that are associated with these accounts. 2nd chance checking accounts give people the freedom to have a bank account and some even offer the option of check writing abilities. There are no limits with what you can do and you know that the chances of racking up high overdraft fees are eliminated.

If you have an adverse banking history you can apply for these 2nd chance accounts online and begin to re-establish yourself in the banking world. It only takes a few minutes to open an account and you can begin to deposit your funds immediately in some cases. You do not have to live without a bank account these days just because you are in Chexsystems, there are now many options available to you.

One other option is to look at finding non chexsystems banks. These are banks that don’t use ChexSystems to screen new bank account applications. Truth be told, there are not too many of these kind of banks these days — most of the major banks such as Bank of America use ChexSystems, but you may have some luck with the smaller banks. You will likely have to call the bank on the phone as you won’t find whether or not they use ChexSystems over the web due to security reasons.

If you have had trouble with bounced check fees from your bank and could not or did not pay them, chances are your account was closed and your history reported to Chexsystems as a bad banking risk. You will have trouble opening any other bank account anywhere because most banks use this reporting agency and base their decision to open accounts according to what is on file. This is when you may need the services of bad credit bank accounts.

Bad credit bank accounts are for those who have a tarnished banking history and are looking to reestablish themselves and improve their credit history. These types of banks are also called second chance bank accounts because they are willing to open an account even though you have an adverse history.

These 2nd Chance Accounts are non Chexsystems banks, meaning they do not use this service to verify any information about your past. There are also no credit check bank accounts that do not consider your credit history to open an account either. What they do is just verify your identity through your social security number and name and your current address and other information that solely identifies you as the account holder. These bad credit checking accounts are usually in the form of a debit card that you make deposits and withdrawals from just like a regular checking account, only you are not subject to overdraft fees.

Click Here to Get a Second Chance Account

Bank accounts for bad credit are offered all over the Internet and some of these accounts will even give you check writing privileges but they are few and far between. Many banks that deal with bad credit accounts offer debit cards in which you can have your payroll or government checks direct deposited onto the card account. This way, you have the same privileges as if you had a traditional bank account. The only drawback is there are often maximum deposit limits to these types of accounts, some are as high as $10,000 but many are much less than that.

If you have adverse credit or a negative banking history, you may want to look into these bad credit bank accounts to see what they have to offer you. You may be surprised at some of the perks and benefits these companies offer consumers. Once you obtain these accounts be responsible with their use especially if you get one that offers check writing ability. Overdraft fees have caused many downfalls among consumers who do not keep accurate records on their accounts, don’t let this second chance be your last. They are giving you an opportunity to have an account which is necessary in today’s society because we are moving toward a cashless system. Having a bank account is vital to your financial welfare and keeping track of your funds. Make the most of the account by making regular deposits and keeping careful record of how much money you are spending. Even though there is little chance of an overdraft fee being charged to the account, they do however exist and you do not want to repeat negative history.

For anyone that has bad credit history and needs a way to start over, second chance bank accounts are a likely option; most banks conduct credit checks as a way of deciding if an application for a new account should be approved or denied. Even though several banks will reject your account application if your credit rating is low, your poor credit will not prevent you from getting a second chance bank account.

Generally you’re unable to get a new bank account if you are listed in the bank’s credit bureaus which is also known as the TeleCheck system or the ChexSystems.

But there is another option, you can choose to open a second chance bank account; if you have poor credit history, this is a special account just for you even if you’ve had a bank account closed in the past due to debt.

But how do you open a second chance bank account? If you are looking to open a second chance bank account you should start by looking for a bank lender online that has this service available; in most instances you can apply and be accepted if the bank isn’t utilizing the ChexSystem.

The account performs the same way as a regular bank account once it is open and you can find several bank lenders online that have second chance accounts available, you only have to look for them. But before opening a second chance account, it’s best if you research the account completely to avoid any surprises in the future. In most cases there will be additional restrictions and/or penalties involved with having a second chance bank account than what you would have when using a regular bank account.

Checking accounts for people with bad credit allow those who are unable to open bank accounts due to bad credit, have access to the banking options everyone else enjoys.

Now it’s a bit of a misnomer that bad credit will prevent you from opening a bank account. Bad credit history should not affect your ability to open a bank account, though it will certainly block you from having access to some bank account options like overdraft, personal line of credit, etc.

Rather, bad credit, in reference to a bank account refers to someone who has a bad “banking” credit score with ChexSystems. ChexSystems is a credit agency that assigns a credits score to people with banking history. ChexSystems is sort of like the Equifax of the banking world.

If you have a bad ChexSystems credit score, most major banks will reject you. You can get a bad ChexSystems score by repeatedly writing bad checks, committing account fraud, or defaulting on bank payments (mortgages, loans, overdraft etc). It’s quite common for someone with bad credit history to be more likely to default on bank payments or repeatedly write bad checks, so bad credit history can indirectly lead to a bad ChexSystems score (through the person’s own actions).

If you have a bad ChexSystems score, you will find it almost impossible to open a checking account. A checking account with bad credit can still be opened however, but you will have to seek out other options. One of the best ways to open a bank account with bad credit is to open a Second Chance Bank Account.

A second chance checking account is basically a bank account that does not implement the ChexSystems credit check. You can open a bank account without your previous banking history mattering. Believe it or not, over 50% who are reported to ChexSystems end up opening a second chance banking account.

Now, a second chance bank account gives you most of the features of a regular bank account. You get a debit account connected to a bank account and you have all the traditional benefits of a regular bank account such as a bank routing number, an account number, and a debit card. Many second bank accounts are initially checkless though but will add checking to your account provided you keep your account in good standing. However, some institutions will offer you checking right away – this depends on the bank.

Second chance banking is one of the best ways for people with poor bank credit to have access to all the regular banking features – so if your name has been added to ChexSystems or Telecheck, you will want to take a serious look at a Second Chance Bank Account.

The best place to open a second chance bank account is online. There are a variety of second chance online bank account companies that are eager to offer you a Non-ChexSystems bank account. It’s simply a matter of looking online for a suitable second chance bank account that meets your criteria. Keep in mind that you should check out different bad credit bank account offers and compare – you may find some companies offering second chance bank accounts that include extra features like checks, lower interest. It’s well worth exploring the different offers to get the best deal.

A second chance checking account is the perfect solution if you happen to have poor credit history. Many people currently are unable to open a bank account because of past banking transcriptions. This can be very problematic because opening a bank account in our society is not simply an option, it’s a necessity. Without a bank account, you are severely limited in what financial options you have. Second chance checking banks give you the ability to open an account even with less than stellar bank history.

If you have had a troubled banking past, you will find that all other banks seem to know this. When you try to open a bank account – regardless which bank company and where – you will be routinely rejected. This is because your information has been submitted to ChexSystems which is sort of like the main banking credit agency for the banking world. Your name stays on ChexSystems for 5 years, so it’s not feasible to most people to just hope the problem goes away.

But you don’t have to be prevented from opening a bank account. With second chance checking, you can have access to all the functionality of a regular bank account, even if you have bad banking credit.

So what is a second chance checking account? Second chance checking accounts are basically specially bank accounts offered by some banks (usually online) that don’t perform ChexSystems credit checks on their clients. This means that you can open a new bank account with worrying about the bank taking a look at your banking records. Like the name implies, second chance checking is a second chance for people to get a bank account.

More and more online banks offer second chance checking. It’s really just a matter of looking around to find the right bank that suites you. So to find a checking account for people with bad credit, you can start your search online.

It’s important that you check out exactly what’s being offered in terms of a second chance checking account options when explored different checking accounts for bad credit offers you spot online. You should do some serious comparison shopping to secure the best deal you can find. The more searching around you do and offers you check out, the better a position you will be in to get the best deal. Keep in mind that second chance checking will cost you more than a regular bank account – this is the price you have to pay for having such an account. But you can reduce this extra overhead somewhat by doing comparison shopping on all the second chance bank account offers.

Second chance banks are special banks that give a person with bad credit the opportunity to open a bank account – even if they have had troubled banking history.

The banking world is a small one. If you have mismanaged your bank account at one bank and then seek to open a new bank account with another bank, your application will be rejected. The reason is the new ChexSystems credit checking system that the banking world follows.

If you have bad credit and want to open an account, a ChexSystems check is done on your name. If you show up, the bank will reject your application to open a new bank account. The reason is simple – if you show up for a ChexSystems search, you are a liability to a bank.

Now, this is not exactly fair. A bank can send your information to ChexSystems for a variety of reasons, from serious one like bank fraud, to just writing bad checks on a consistent basis. With the economy in turmoil, it makes sense many people have financial difficulty making bank payments or writing bad checks. This is no surprise. But if you do this, you are punished with the inability to open a new bank account for 5 years (the time your name stays in the ChexSystems computer).

So if you want a bad credit bank account, what do you do. This is where second chance banking comes into. If you can find a second chance bank, you will be able to open a bank account. Second chance banking accounts do not require a ChexSystems credit check. This means you can open a bad credit bank account without fear of being rejected.

If you currently don’t have “bad bank credit”, you don’t know how frustrating it can be for someone not to be able to open a bank account. These days, a bank account is not an option, it’s a necessity. If you want to have access to all the regular financial options that most people enjoy, you are going to need a bank account.

A bank account for people with bad credit will allow you to do just this. Now the best way to open bank accounts with bad credit are to look online for one. There are many second chance banks that offer second chance checking accounts to those who need one. So to open a bank account with bad credit, it’s simply just a matter of finding the right one and applying for it. Getting a bank account with bad credit is pretty easy, since all you will need to do is just to apply for one. Make sure when looking at second chance banks that you compare their bad credit checking account offers. Not all companies will offer the same terms on second chance banking, so it’s worth doing a bit of consumer research on your part to secure the best possible deal that you can.

Second chance banking is a type of banking for people with bad credit. Now, bad credit used here is different than bad credit used when talking about credit cards or loans. Bad credit here refers to bad banking credit, which you get not by missing credit card payments, but by mishandling your bank account in some way. This can occur if you cash bad checks, owe money to the bank but refuse to pay, or committing some sort of banking crime.

If your actions have put you in bad standing with a bank, it’s likely the bank will forward your information to ChexSystems which is a banking credit monitoring agency. Once your name has been added to the Chexsystems database, the record will stay for 5 years.

If you are in the ChexSystems database, you will be unable to open a bank account with any credible bank institution. The reason is that pretty much all banks use the ChexSystems to verify the suitability of new clients. If you try to open a new bank account and you are listed under ChexSystems, you will be denied your bank account application.

This can put many people in a difficult situation. These days, what can you do without a bank account? Many people with bad bank credit history don’t have any sort of bank account because their original bank account is riddled with debt or has been closed down. Without a bank account, a person will struggle to do even the most quotidian of financial transactions.

So what can you do? There is a solution, fortunately. This solution is called a bad credit bank account or “second chance banking“. 2nd chance banking allows you to have all the functionality of a regular bank account minus the hassle of being rejected over and over for a bank account. A second chance bank account does not require a ChexSystems check. This means you are virtually free of your past banking transgressions.

However, you are going to have to pay something extra for the privilege of a bad credit checking account. You may have to pay an annual fee or pay extra banking fees. In addition, you may find your ability to cash checks restricted until you prove yourself a good customer.

If you want to get setup second chance banking, you are going to have to look online for an online bank that offers second chance bank accounts. You should have too much problems finding one as there are many such companies eager for your business. You should look at every second chance account offer you spot online and do comparison shopping. You can often get a deal on the banking fees or some sort of extra perk thrown in, if you cherry pick between the best second chance bank account offers you spot online.
